The Hooligan 4x4

Summary

So, what stands out when sitting behind the wheel of the Range Rover 2017 SVR. Very comfortable! Its a very comfortable place to be indeed. The seats, driving position and everything else is built to make you feel at home when cruising around. The car is a good size all around both inside and out. In my view, perfect for London roads. Despite everything this version of the car stands for, this really feels like a car you can drive all the time. Even more than the G63 that I reviewed a few days back. Practicality is the order of the day here and the SVR has it in abundance. The other thing about this car is, unless your foot is down and that glorious exhaust is growling, this feels like a normal luxury car. Not too in your face and can blend in with most cars day to day. But, the way that this car switches from standard range to snarling monster is crazy, and it sounds phenomenal when doing it. Seriously, I would give the sound of this car 10 out of 10 if I could rate that on its own! Handing is good... solid as you would expect, but you have to remember this is a 4x4, not a sports car, so you need to be awake if you want to take this car to the edge. The car I had, contained all the options and toys you would expect from a Range Rover. Overall a great SUV!

Would I recommend it? YES

Absolutely, but if you plan on getting this car, the side step (electronic or manual) is a must feature among all others.
